The application has the intention to facilitate consultation at any time , of diverse information to CINEL particular training offer , schedules, contacts , location , etc. CINEL - Industry Professional Training Centre Electronics, Energy, Telecommunications and Information Technology , is a public entity , established in 1985 by a protocol signed between the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training ( IEFP , IP ) and the Portuguese Association Companies of the Electric and Electronic Industry ( ANIMEE ), and in 2011 , also relied on the membership of the Association for Corporate Competitiveness Internationalization ( ACIE ) .
